Here are some examples of right and wrong ways of installing systems in the low-carbon technology realm. 
We are usually the last team on site to rectify any outstanding issues in order to get the installs up to spec and current regulation.

No cover over the buzz bar and tape over the MCB to isolate and the RCBO is not compatible with the panel and connection blocks to extend cables (all not good practice).
